SHIPPING

ORDERS SHIP OUT 8-10 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE PURCHASE DATE

 After your item ships you will receive a confirmation/tracking number by email and the item will take approximately 2-3 additional days to arrive at most destinations in the U.S. We primarily ship using USPS Priority. If we ship your item to the address that you have provided to us and it is undeliverable for some reason that is no fault of ours and the item needs to be reshipped to you, we will need to collect the new reship charges from you. If you need it by a certain date, please indicate that in the Note to LaRae section and we can apply rush charges as needed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Please note that USPS estimates that International travel time for a package can take 6-8 weeks depending on location. All international customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties/custom charges associated with shipping to their countries.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

If you receive one of our products with a spelling/color error, we will gladly ship you a new piece at no cost to you. If there is a problem with your purchase, please notify us within seven days of receipt of your item. We believe you'll be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if for some reason you are not, we will make every attempt possible to ensure that your transaction with LaRae Boutique is completely positive! Please remember that every handmade piece is unique and made to order. As such, it may not look exactly like the picture but will be as close as possible. This will definitely be the case when purchasing a burlap piece and no two pieces will ever be alike due to its natural texture, color, etc, which is what makes it wonderful and unique and is not to be seen as defective, but only adding to the character of the individual piece!

If you are displeased with your purchase for any reason, please consider contacting us immediately prior to leaving neutral or negative feedback as it is our hope that any issue you might have will be completely resolved to your satisfaction.

Personalized/custom orders: Returns/refunds on these items would be approved on a case by case basis.

We will occasionally take photographs of customer orders to use as sample items in our shop. If you prefer that a photo of your item not be used in our shop, please let us know. Thank you!
